We are located in Wenzhou, about 1 hour from Shanghai by air,welcome to visit our factory
2.Can I make the plastic part and metal part in particular colors?
There’s a color list of plastic parts for your option. Regarding metal parts, just let us know the Pantone # of the color you want
3.Can I have more accessories for the equipment?
Usually we will send spare screws in case, we can send more if you especially required.
4.How about the warranty?
The warranty is 1 year but the life time is more than 5 yeas under good maintenance
5.How should I repair the painting if there's scratch during delivery?
