1)I can’t install the unit-----we will install the main structure before delivery and mark for each components, just follow the installation manual, it’s easy for you to fix it. Also we can give you guidance by video call.
2)How to maintain the equipment-----using cleaning rag to clean the surface of indoor playground periodically and play under instruction.
3)What should i do if some components are broken------please contact with us immediately, we’ll send you replacement.
4)How do I clear it up with the components------we will send you a list to show the quantity of each components.
