1)I can’t install the unit-----we will install the main structure before delivery and mark for each components, just follow the installation manual, it’s easy for you to fix it. Also we can give you guidance by video call.
2)What should i do if some components are broken------please contact with us immediately, we’ll send you replacement.

1.Where is your factory?
We are located in Wenzhou, about 1 hour from Shanghai by air
2.What’s the standard floor height of the indoor playground? How many floors can it be?
The standard floor height is 1.4m, the max height can be 7m. Usually we suggest to make it lower than 5 floors
3.What is the delivery time ?
It depends on project size, normally it takes 15-20 working days.
3.Any accessories will you provide ?
Yes, we’ll send spare parts in any case
4.How to maintain and clean the indoor playground?
Take off shoes when entering the indoor park,EVA mat must be avoided by high heels
5.What's the age range for indoor playground?
There are two areas 1) toddler area for 1-3 years old. 2)main function area for 3-12 years old
