1. I don’t know how to fix import clearance, can I buy from you?
Don’t worry about it, we can deliver door to door and fix local import clearance worldwide.
2. Is it difficult to finish installation?
There are two options. Install by yourself under our installation manual or we take local installation. No matter who take installation, we are always here till your indoor play project open.
3. What’s your turnover time from design, manufacture, shipping and installation?
Usually it takes 7 days for design, 15 days for production, 30 days for delivery and 20 days for installation.Accurate time depends on final design.
4. Where is your factory?
We’re located in Wenzhou city, 1 hour from Shanghai by air. You’re welcome to visit our factory.
5. Is it free to make a design?
It’s for free. Once auto CAD floor plan is ready, we will make customized design for free as well as particular suggestion for your indoor playground business.
