Solution for the problem you may face.
1)I can’t install the unit-----we will install the main structure before delivery and mark for each components, just follow the installation manual, it’s easy for you to fix it. Also we can give you guidance by video call.
2)How to maintain the equipment-----using cleaning rag to clean the surface of indoor playground periodically and play under instruction.
3)What should i do if some components are broken------please contact with us immediately, we’ll send you replacement.

1.How to install the indoor playground ?
If you have found a place,please kindly provide us photo and CAD,and our team will access its feasibility according to the location size,location,traffic and other factors.
2.What is the delivery time ?
It depends on project size, normally it takes 15-25 working days.

Usually it takes 2-3 working days
4.What's the age range for indoor playground?
Consider different needs and safety, there are two areas 1) toddler area for 1-3 years old. 2)main function area for 3-12 years old
