1.Is there any finger gap of the chain?
The gap of chain is bigger than 2.5cm, no finger gap
2.Can i put my company logo on the swing?
No problem,OEM and ODM are acceptable
3.How should I repair the painting if there's scratch during delivery?
We will send you painting powder just in case
4.How about your after-sale service?
Any problem of products during warranty will be fixed for free
5.How to install the swing?
There are two types. If the swing installed on concrete, just fasten the post plate with concrete by bolts. If the swing installed on sand/grass, the swing will be produced 30-50cm longer and buried underground
6.Is there any MOQ ?
No MOQ but we suggest you to take a full container instead of LCL, which can protect products much better
7.How about the free space in the container?
Our worker are experienced in loading, they know how to max use the volume. Also we will inform you in advance if the container is not full, so you can make a plan for free space
