FAQ
1.Is there any MOQ ?
No MOQ but we suggest you to take a full container instead of LCL, which can protect products much better
2.Can you make special function or design or size especially for me?
No problem, OEM and ODM is acceptable.We will not sell them to other clients also
3.How should I repair the painting if there's scratch during delivery?
We will send you painting powder just in case
4.Can you change the chain length as per to my requirement?
Of course , this is acceptable
5.How to install the swing?
There are two types. If the swing installed on concrete, just fasten the post plate with concrete by bolts. If the swing installed on sand/grass, the swing will be produced 30-50cm longer and buried underground
6.How about the payment details?
Usually 30% deposit for production, balance before shipment.TT, LC, Western Union are acceptable.
7.How about the free space in the container?
Our worker are experienced in loading, they know how to max use the volume. Also we will inform you in advance if the container is not full, so you can make a plan for free space
