1.How about the payment details?
Usually 30% deposit for production, balance before shipment.TT, LC, Western Union are acceptable.
2.How about your after-sale service?
Any problem of products during warranty will be fixed for free
3.How to install the seesaw?
There are two types. If the seesaw is installed on concrete, just fasten the seesaw with concrete by bolts. If the seesaw installed on sand/grass, there will be inground accessory to be buried underground.
4.Is there any MOQ ?
No MOQ but we suggest you to take a full container instead of LCL, which can protect products much better
5.How should I repair the painting if there's scratch during delivery?
We can send you painting powder for repair just in case
6.How about the free space in the container?
Our worker are experienced in loading, they know how to max use the volume. Also we will inform you in advance if the container is not full, so you can make a plan for free space timely
