1.How to maintain the equipment?
Please check the components especially bolts and screws regularly. Use in proper way and take repaired painting once a year.
2.What should I do if I can’t install the equipment?
The equipment is installed before delivery and mark for each components, please follow the installation manual. Also we can give you guidance by video call.
3.Can I make the plastic part and metal part in particular colors?
There’s a color list of plastic parts for your option. Regarding metal parts, just let us know the Pantone # of the color you want.
4.How about your after-sale service?
Any problem of products during warranty will be fixed for free.
5.Can you make special design especially for me?
No problem, OEM and ODM is acceptable.We will not sell your design to other clients also.
