FAQ
1.I need fumigation for all wooden products, can you have that certificate?
We have rich experience of shipping and have applied for fumigation before, no problem for that certificate.
2.What should I do if I can’t install the equipment?
The equipment is installed before delivery and mark for each components, please follow the installation manual. Also we can give you guidance by video call.
3.How can I place the order?
Provide venue information-design-confirm order-sign PI- pay deposit-production-pay balance-delivery-installation-feedback.
4.Is there any MOQ ?
No MOQ but we suggest you to take a full container instead of LCL, which can protect products much better.
5.How about the free space in the container?
Our worker are experienced in loading, they know how to max use the volume. Also we will inform you in advance if the container is not full, so you can make a plan for free space.
