FAQ
1.What should I do if I can’t install the equipment?
The equipment is installed before delivery and marked for each components, please follow the installation manual. Also we can give you guidance by video call.

2.I don’t like the stainless steel, can I replace it with plastic slide?
No problem, plastic slide and fiberglass slide are for your option.

3.I need fumigation for all wooden products, can you have that certificate?
We have rich experience of shipping, we have applied for fumigation before, so no problem for that certificate.

4.Is there any MOQ?
No MOQ but we suggest you to take a full container instead of LCL, which can protect products much better.

5.How should I repair the painting if there's scratch during delivery?
We can send you painting powder for repair just in case.
