1.What is the payment term?
T/T, 100% L/C at sight, Cash, Western Union are all accepted if you have other payment,please contact me.

2.Is there any MOQ ?
No MOQ but we suggest you to take a full container instead of LCL, which can protect products much better.

3.Can I make the plastic part and metal part in particular colors?
There is a color list of plastic parts for your option. Regarding metal parts we can do any color just let us know the Pantone # of the color you want.

4.What should I do if I can’t install the equipment?
The equipment is installed before delivery and marked for each components, please follow the installation manual. Also we can give you guidance by video call.

5.What is the delivery time ?
It depends on the specification of equipment,usually 4-7 working day for one set.
