1.Can you make special design as per to my project?

Of course we can, please send me the size of your area.

2.I have an existing equipment already, I want to make it bigger, can you do that?

No problem, please send me the layout of your equipment, we can connect it with additional structure.

3.How should I repair the painting if there's scratch during delivery?

We will send you painting powder just in case 

4.How about your after-sale service?

Any problem of products during warranty will be fixed for free

5.How to install the physical equipment?

There are two types. If the equipment is installed on concrete, just fasten the post with concrete by bolts. If the equipment is installed on sand/grass, there will be inground accessory to be buried underground.
