Material Description
>> Plastic Elements
Plastic parts are manufactured by rotational moulding of LLDPE imported from Samsung corporation in South Korea. And the wall thickness of the plastic parts are above 8mm.
>> Main Column
All the main columns are made of galvanized main pipe φ114mm. Quality and technical standard meets the requirements of National standard GB/T3091-2001.
>> Other Metal Parts
All the metal parts are made of galvanized steel pipes with diameter of 60mm,48mm,38mm,32mm,28mm and wall thickness of 2.75mm. Quality and technical standard meets the requirements of National standard GB/T3091-2001.
>> Fittings

>> Ropes and Nets
The ropes and nets are imported sailing ropes with φ12mm & 1φ16mm, containing an internal of high strength galvanized steel wire. Screws are #304 stainless screws.
Comparison with other factories
1)All our metal part are heated before painting while other factory take painting directly. Heating in advance will make color more steady and not easy to fade
2)The step we used are aluminum/reinforce nylon instead of steel step, which are anti-aging and anti-rust
3)Our axis go straight across the pipe, which can avoid getting broken.Other factory just simple weld and it’s easy to break
4)There is stopper inside to control the angle of fitness, so it will not hurt player. Other factory without stopper, which is not safe .

1How long does it take to get a design?
Usually it take 2-3 working days to finish a design
2.Can i put my company logo on the fitness equipment?
No problem,OEM and ODM is acceptable
3.The price is on which term?
Usually we take EXW and FOB, CIF and CRF are acceptable also.
4.What is the delivery time ?
Usually it take 7-12 days for 20GP and 13-20 days for 40HQ
5.How about the life time?
The life time is more than 5 yeas under good maintenance
6.How about the free space in the container?
Our worker are experienced with loading, they know how to max use the volume. Also we will inform you in advance if the container is not full, so you can make a plan for free space
7.Should I assemble the fitness by myself?
It depends.Some fitness are shipped as competed, some are shipped with 2-3 parts but it’s easy to assemble them with screw.
