Material Description

>> Plastic Elements

Plastic parts are manufactured by rotational moulding of LLDPE imported from Samsung corporation in South Korea. And the wall thickness of the plastic parts are above 8mm.

>> Main Colums

All the main columns are made of galvanized main pipe φ114mm. Quality and technical standard meets the requirements of National standard GB/T3091-2001.

>> Other Metal Parts

All the metal parts are made of galvanized steel pipes with diameter of 60mm,48mm,38mm,32mm,28mm and wall thickness of 2.75mm. Quality and technical standard meets the requirements of National standard GB/T3091-2001.

>> Fittings

>> Ropes and Nets

The ropes and nets are imported sailing ropes with φ12mm & φ16mm, containing an internal of high strength galvanized steel wire. Screws are #304 stainless screws.

Comparison with other factories

Painting---All our metal part are heated before painting while other factory take painting directly. Heating in advance will make color more steady and not easy to fade

Step---The step we used are aluminum/reinforce nylon instead of steel step, which are anti-aging and anti-rust

Structure---Our axis go straight across the pipe, which can avoid  getting broken.Other factory just simple weld and it’s easy to break

Stopper---There is stopper inside to control the angle of fitness, so it will not hurt player. Other factory without stopper, which is not safe .

1.What’s the different between steel pipe and galvanized pipe for outdoor fitness equipment?

The steel pipe is easy to get rust but galvanized pipe won’t

5.How to install the fitness?

There are two types. If the fitness installed on concrete, just fasten the post plate with concrete by bolts. If the fitness installed on sand/grass, the fitness will be produced 30-50cm longer and buried underground

6.Is there any MOQ ?

No MOQ but we suggest you to take a full container instead of LCL, which can protect products much better
