1)I can’t install the unit-----Pre installation will be done before delivery, please follow the installation manual, video call is provided. Also we can send our professional worker to install it at your side.
2)How to maintain the equipment-----using cleaning rag to clean the surface of equipment periodically and play under instruction.
3)What should i do if some components are broken------please contact with us immediately, we’ll send you replacement.

* Check the structure regularly and tighten the screws
* Check the mat and nets regularly, keep solid cover anytime

1.Any requirement for the area height?
The lowest height should be 4m for kids used only. If it for both kids and adults. The height should be at least 5.5m. Any Olympics trampoline included, then the lowest height should be 6m.

2.What’s the maximum weight ?
One jumping mat can bear 200kg

3.What is the warranty?
2 years (jumping mat), 5 years(frame tube), 1 year(padding). Any problem of after sale service just feel free to contact with us.

4.How long does it take to get a design?
Usually it take 2-3 working days to finish a design

5.How about the quality?
Our products are test by ASTM, CE, TUV

6.How about the free space in the container?
Our worker are experienced with loading, they know how to max use the volume. Also we will inform you in advance if the container is not full, so you can make a plan for free space
