1.Where is your factory?
We are located in Wenzhou, about 1 hour from Shanghai by air
2.How to pay?
30% deposit for production, balance before delivery. TT, LC, Western Union are acceptable.
3.I want to set up indoor activity play center, how should I start?
Find a suitable, make design, then production and delivery. Reach us to get more tips.
4.How about installation, who will finish it?
There are two options. Install by yourself under our installation manual or take local installation by our oversea installation team.
5.I don’t know how to fix import clearance, can I buy from you?
We can deliver the products as DDU to fix local Customs clearance, don’t worry about it.
6.Any height required?
We suggest to take a venue higher than 6m, so your indoor play center will include more function.
