1)I can’t install the unit-----we will install the main structure before delivery and mark for each components, just follow the installation manual, it’s easy for you to fix it. Also we can give you guidance by video call.
2)What should i do if some components are broken------please contact with us immediately, we’ll send you replacement.
3)How do I clear it up with the components------we will send you a list to show the quantity of each components.

Jumping mats are imported from the USA, the warranty is 2 years. For other parts, we will send spare quantity. Any problem during further use, just feel free to contact with us.

3.How long does it take to get a design?
Usually it take 2-3 working day, if you need it urgent,we can make it priority also

4.What’s the maximum weight ?
One jumping mat can bear 200kg

5.Any requirement for the area height?
The lowest height should be 4m for kids used only. If it for both kids and adults. The height should be at least 5.5m. Any Olympics trampoline included, then the lowest height should be 6m.

6.How about the free space in the container?
Our worker are experienced with loading, they know how to max use the volume. Also we will inform you in advance if the container is not full, so you can make a plan for free space
