1.Where is your factory?
We are located in Wenzhou, about 1 hour from Shanghai by air
2.What’s the standard floor height of the indoor playground?
How many floors can it be?The standard floor height is 1.4m, the max height can be 7m. Usually we suggest to make it lower than 5 floors
3.How long does it take for design?
Usually it takes 2-3 working days
4.Who will take installation?
There’re two options. Install by yourself under our installation manual or our worker go to your site to take it .
Notice:
1.Please check the quantity of components as per to list while unloading
2.Blunt objects and acid corrosive liquor are forbidden.
3.Children under 3 years old should under supervision.
