1)I can’t install the unit-----we will install the main structure before delivery and mark for each components, just follow the installation manual, it’s easy for you to fix it. Also we can give you guidance by video call.
2)How to maintain the equipment-----using cleaning rag to clean the surface of indoor playground periodically and play under instruction.
3)What should i do if some components are broken------please contact with us immediately, we’ll send you replacement.

1.What’s the standard floor height of the indoor playground? How many floors can it be?
The standard floor height is 1.4m, the max height can be 7m. Usually we suggest to make it lower than 5 floors

2.What's the age range for indoor playground?
Consider different needs and safety, there are two areas 1) toddler area for 1-3 years old. 2)main function area for 3-12 years old

3.How to install the indoor playground ?
There's professional CAD manuals as well as video, don't worry about installation. Video call is provided.
