Solution for the problem you may face.
1)I can’t install the unit-----we will install the main structure before delivery and mark for each components, just follow the installation manual, it’s easy for you to fix it. Also we can give you guidance by video call.
2)How to maintain the equipment-----using cleaning rag to clean the surface of indoor playground periodically and play under instruction.
3)What should i do if some components are broken------please contact with us immediately, we’ll send you replacement.
4)How do I clear it up with the components------we will send you a list to show the quantity of each components.

1.Where is your factory?
We are located in Wenzhou, about 1 hour from Shanghai by air
2.What’s the standard floor height of the indoor playground? How many floors can it be?
The standard floor height is 1.4m, the max height can be 7m. Usually we suggest to make it lower than 5 floors
3.How is your QC ?
Quality is key for development. We pay the most attention to production. All details are recheck before delivery. Also we have gained CE, ISO9001, SGS,TUV,ASTM authentication.
4.What about the warranty?
It is 3 years for metal parts and 2 years for other components
6.How to find a suitable indoor playground place?
Once you found a place,please kindly provide us photo and CAD,and our team will access its feasibility according to the location size,location,traffic and other factors.
