Solution for the problem you may face.
1)I can’t install the unit-----we will install the main structure before delivery and mark for each components, just follow the installation manual, it’s easy for you to fix it. Also we can give you guidance by video call.
2)How to maintain the equipment-----using cleaning rag to clean the surface of indoor playground periodically and play under instruction.
3)What should i do if some components are broken------please contact with us immediately, we’ll send you replacement.

2.What's the standard floor height of indoor playground? How many floors can it be?
The standard floor height is 1.4m,the max height can be 7m.Usually we suggest to make it lower than 5 floors.
3.Payment details
30% deposit for production, balance before shipment.TT, LC, Western Union are acceptable.

Provide venue information--design--confirm order--sign PI-- pay deposit--production--pay balance--delivery--installation--feedback
5.How many styles do you have?
Usually we have forest, ocean, candy, pirate ship, castle and so on .Customized design is acceptable.
6.What is the delivery time ?
It depends on project size, normally it takes 15-25 working days.
