Solution for the problem you may face.
1)I can’t install the unit-----we will install the main structure before delivery and mark for each components, just follow the installation manual, it’s easy for you to fix it. Also we can give you guidance by video call.
2)What should i do if some components are broken------please contact with us immediately, we’ll send you replacement.
3)How do I clear it up with the components------we will send you a list to show the quantity of each components.

1.Where is your factory?
We are located in Wenzhou, about 1 hour from Shanghai by air
2.What should I do if I can’t install the equipment?
The equipment is installed before delivery and marked for each components, please follow the installation manual. Also we can give you guidance by video call.
3.How is your QC ?
Quality is key for development. We pay the most attention to production. All details are recheck before delivery. Also we have gained CE, ISO9001, SGS,TUV,ASTM authentication.
4.How about the free space in the container?
Our worker are experienced with loading, they know how to max use the volume. Also we will inform you in advance if the container is not full, so you can make a plan for free space
5.What is the age range for indoor playground?
In order to meet the needs of kids in the different age and consider thesafety, generally indoor playground is divided into two areas:one is the toddler area which is suitable for 1-3 years old, another is the main function area which is suitable for 3-12 years old
